As part of its environmentally-driven CSR innitiatives, Zain Bahrain, the most innovative operator in the Kingdom, led a supporting hand towards ‘Nasayem Al Bahrain’ Festival held at Riyadat Mall in A’Ali.

The festival showcased home-grown gardening and agricultural products, home-cooked delights and gardening workshop sessions for adults and children. The garden show aims to promote a greener, fresher and a more sustainable Bahrain

Zain Bahrain support of this Festival comes in line with its Second National Mobile Phone and e-Waste Recycling Campaign which is held in cooperation with the Supreme Council for Environment (SCE), and the support of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) & UNDP.

“Zain Bahrain has always been committed to raise enviormental awareness and play a leading role in spreading awareness in order to preserve the Kingdom’s environment,” said Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Zain Bahrain, Pakiza Abdulrahman.

“The Festival shares our vision in creating a cleaner, greener and a more sustainable environment and it has provided us with the perfect platform to promote our second National eWaste recycling campaign,” she added.

It is worth noting that Zain Bahrain has launched nation-wide competiton for schools and will announce the winner in April of this year to mark the end of its eWaste campaign.
