Xerox Emirates Channel Strategy 2015 Targets SMBs

Xerox Emirates, a joint venture between the Mohamed Hareb Al Otaiba group and Xerox Limited, announced a 50 per cent growth in its channel partner business in 2014 at the annual partner event held earlier this month, at Dubai Autodrome. The event marked the review of 2014’s performance as well as unveiling of the new channel strategy and direction for 2015 in the UAE. This year Xerox Emirates will focus on driving and increasing incremental business revenue within the channel segment as well as continue their proactive expansion strategies.
In 2015 Xerox Emirates aims to acquire strategic partnerships and further build on its distribution channels capturing opportunities in the fast growing small and mid-size business market. The company will offer services that will be pre-packaged and aimed at SMBs in 2015, introducing new products to market promoting significant incremental opportunities for their partners. Xerox Emirates will continue adding value to the channel partner network, offering training programs, both at a product level and sales operational excellence awareness.
“Our strengths are our channel program 2015 with its promotion incentives, marketing co-op funds and the robust business processes that facilitate mutual business. This year we are expanding our distribution partnerships to participate in more buying decisions, particularly in the rapidly growing small and medium-size businesses market, with increasing opportunities for colour and multifunction products, as well as document imaging and print management services.” Said Andrew Horne, General Manager, Xerox Emirates.

In the last quarter of 2014 Xerox Emirates also managed to acquire two leading IT solutions providers based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai respectively as new channel partners. The company aims to establish its influence in the region by continuing to better the alignment between Xerox Emirates and its network of partners.

The top and middle management from Xerox Emirates and its partner organization along with the partners’ sales personnel and account managers across the region attended this event to review last year’s milestones as well as strategies for 2015.
