Xerox Corporate Golf Challenge returns with unique professional networking opportunity

The 17^th Xerox Corporate Golf Challenge, the region’s most popular, award-winning corporate tournament, and the largest corporate networking event on the greens, is now open for player registration for the 2015 edition. Avid golfers from the Middle East and South Africa are invited to form 2-player teams and register online at www.xeroxcgc.com, where full details of all qualifying rounds are readily available.

This year’s event tees off at Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club on Wednesday March 11, to be followed by qualifying rounds held around the GCC and in South Africa. The top five teams from each UAE round, and the top teams from the GCC and South Africa rounds, will compete in a 2-day Grand Final, which will be played in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, in November 2015.

An innovation to the UAE qualifiers is the announcement that Xerox will be introduce the ‘Golf GameBook’ live scoring system at the first qualifier. In the Golf GameBook system, each group of 4 players will be provided with an iPhone (to use during play) and by acting as their electronic scorecard, the device will allow players to monitor real-time progress throughout their qualifying round.
