Warba Bank Participates in the Subhan Arabian Horse Show

As part of its commitment to supporting initiatives that celebrate Kuwait’s cultural heritage and empower young talents, Warba Bank announced its participation in the Subhan Arabian Horse Show, organized by the Kuwait Equestrian Center. The participation reinforces the Bank’s dedication to being present at events that highlight the value of traditional equestrian sports and encourage young Kuwaitis to engage with this noble heritage that reflects authenticity, grace and strength of character.

This initiative comes as an extension of Warba Bank’s strategic approach to supporting Kuwaiti youth, not only academically and professionally, but also through sports and cultural activities that help build strong personalities and refine essential life skills. By supporting equestrian sports, the Bank contributes to preserving an important element of national identity, promoting healthy and active lifestyles, and instilling values of discipline and perseverance among younger generations.

Dr. Mohammad Barakat, Chief Marketing and Corporate Communications at Warba Bank, stated: “Our participation in the Subhan Arabian Horse Show is an integral part of our youth empowerment strategy, which views young talent as an important ecosystem. Just as we support innovators and entrepreneurs through our Rowad program, and open new horizons for youth in scientific, educational, athletic and cultural fields, we also believe in strengthening their connection to their heritage through equestrian sports. This integrated approach is the true embodiment of our vision, ‘Let’s Own Tomorrow’. We are not investing in just one sector; we are investing in building a new generation of Kuwaitis equipped with modern skills, proud of their cultural identity and driven by the values symbolized by the Arabian horse. Our support today is an investment in the leaders, innovators and ambassadors of Kuwait’s future.”

The show runs until 14 December 2025 at the Kuwait Equestrian Center track in Subhan. This year’s edition features an extensive lineup of more than 300 horses representing Kuwait’s leading studs and training centers, with the participation of international judges to ensure the highest standards of fairness and professionalism. The competition is divided into two main categories: Arabian horses of mixed bloodlines and Egyptian-bred Arabian horses.
Through such initiatives, Warba Bank reaffirms its role as an active community partner, committed to supporting all efforts that contribute to youth development and strengthen Kuwait’s cultural and national identity.

Warba Bank has achieved remarkable success in a short period, securing a leading position in Islamic digital banking services.
