U.S. Ambassador to the UAE and Ahmad Al-Jarallah visit Khalaf Al Habtoor in his Ramadan Majlis

For the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, Khalaf Al Habtoor welcomed well-wishers from various Arabic and Islamic countries as well as ministers and diplomats, businessmen, politicians and university professors, journalists and scholars to his Ramadan Majlis.

One of the most prominent guests visiting Al Habtoor Majlis was His Excellency Michael Corbin, the US Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates. Corbin, who has served as Foreign Service Officer since 1985, mostly in the Arab World, was recently appointed to the UAE. This was the first meeting between Al Habtoor and Corbin. They took the opportunity to discuss the global economic situation, especially in the US and Arab world. Corbin was accompanied by His Excellency Justin Siberell U.S. Consul General in Dubai.

Ahmad Al Jarallah, the editor-in-chief of the Kuwaiti Al Seyassah Newspaper, also paid a visit to Khalaf Al Habtoor’s Majlis. Al Jarallah who is known as one of the most brilliant Arab journalism professionals and a friend of Al Habtoor’s, visits Al Habtoor’s Majlis frequently when visiting the United Arab Emirates.
