University of Dubai recognizes outstanding students at annual Honors Student event

The University of Dubai recently held its annual Honors Student Event to recognize outstanding students for the academic year 2012-2013. The event was organized by the Student and Alumni Affairs Department to recognize the high academic performance of University of Dubai Undergraduate (UG) and Graduate (G) students.

Students from across a wide range of faculties were assessed according to CGPA guidelines with outstanding students honored for their achievements over the past academic year. More than 90 students made this year’s Dean’s List by earning a CGPA of 3.2 or above and a total of 20 students earned the Dean’s Highest Honors by earning a CGPA of 3.8 or above.  The event was held at Xclusive Clover Hotel and guests were addressed by Dr. Eesa Bastaki, President of the University of Dubai.
