Umniah launches the Generic Pack as an added value to the pre-paid lines

Based on its commitment to provide its customers with the best and latest services, Umniah Telecom has recently launched the Generic Pack service catered to the pre-paid lines, offering their subscribers the ability to choose from various suitable offers that would appropriately meet their needs.
The Generic Pack will enable Umniah to identify the number and amount of offers supplied to the retail sales market, while customers will be able to subscribe to their preferred packages after purchasing and activating the generic pack, using an easy mechanism through the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) .
Today, Umniah’s subscribers have reached 2.4 million, 95% of which are pre-paid customers providing them with 16 offers available at the local market that fall under this category allowing subscribers, especially those with limited income, to control their expenses by offering a variety of packages that would suit their different needs.
Umniah explained that the procedure to subscribe to this service will only take a few easy steps; after purchasing and activating the generic pack, the customer can choose his preferred package by dialing 1333. On the other hand, this offer will allow Umniah to control and reduce the number of prepaid lines produced and distributed through the sales networks (sub-commerce), which will greatly affect distributing the new lines to the market on time, making any changes on its products easier and faster to apply.
