Tamkeen powers Human Resource Management

As part of Tamkeen’s objective to enable Bahrainis to further their skills and advance their career, a cross-section of Bahrain’s HR professionals received a stimulating insight into establishing a high performance culture at their respective organisations through high-level workshops on ‘Performance Management’, ‘Coaching & Mentoring’ and ‘Recruitment & Selection’ powered by Tamkeen.

The sixth, seventh and eighth in the series of Human Resource Management workshops mandated by Tamkeen are provided to enhance the human capital of the Kingdom of Bahrain by introducing best HR practices in the global sphere to the Kingdom, and were conducted by Third Wave International (TWI) and was delivered by veteran trainers Jeannie White and Charlie Sampson, both professionals accredited by globally-renowned corporate education provider DeakinPrime (DP).

A total of 87 participants attended the 3 Tamkeen workshops which were held in January, February and March this year. They were held at the Gulf Hotel and each participant received an Internationally Accredited DeakinPrime certificate at the conclusion of the workshop.

The trainers have delivered comprehensive technical content that is also accredited by DeakinPrime Australia, together with interactive sessions which facilitated learning and sharing of best practices. They were also able to engage with the participants and understand and address their needs effectively. TWI together with DP have trained 227 candidates thus far, who provided positive feedback for these workshops. Participants were of the view that these workshops helped them to update their technical knowledge, sharpen and practice some of the relevant skills relating to their work through group activities etc.
