Starbucks marks the approaching New Year by offering its winter favourites, the Caramel Macchiato and Hot Chocolate beverages which will give a warm feeling to each winter day. Coffee lovers can also indulge their senses in the returning exclusive and remarkable rich coffee blend Guatemala Casi Cielo.

The Caramel Macchiato, a Starbucks original that mixes freshly steamed milk with vanilla-flavored syrup, marked with espresso and finished with caramel sauce.

Starbucks is also offering the signature Hot Chocolate, one of its top-selling classics. This drink features steamed milk with vanilla- and mocha-flavoured syrups. Topped with sweetened whipped cream and chocolate-flavoured drizzle. There's nothing like a mug of hot chocolate to warm away that winter chill.

Rana Shaheen, regional communications and CSR manager of Starbucks Coffee MENA, said: “Our favourite winter drinks; the Caramel Macchiato, Hot Chocolate and Guatemala Casi Cielo blend is our way of keeping our customers warm in the cold weather with the start of a new year. Espresso lovers will enjoy the additions to our menu, as we also ensure that customers will dive in to enjoy the world of coffee excellence. At Starbucks, our New Year’s resolution will be to pursue more ways to allow our customers to indulge in the world’s best coffee beverages.”

A delightful coffee from Latin America with a rich flavour, smooth body and cocoa finish, the Guatemala Casi Cielo combines four coffees from the Antigua Valley.  The Guatemala Casi Cielo brew has a wonderful floral aroma, lemony acidity, rich flavour and smooth body, finished with hints of dark cocoa. It is one of Starbucks’ most prized coffee blends, popular with customers and partners alike.
