Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel hosts “ A Taste of India” extravaganza

Born in New Delhi, and trained under the great Indian Master Chef Imitaz Qureshi,Indian Chef Munna Singh Bisht, travelled all the way from Dubai to visit Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel to prepare succulent dishes during the hotel’s “Indian Extravaganza” week at the Spice Garden recently.

Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel General Manager Mr. Enda Mullin commented “The Sheraton has always been home to many culinary festivals and artists.” He continued, “We invited Chef Bisht to showcase the popular and traditional dishes that characterize Indian cuisine using authentic spices and cooking methods to offer our guests and food enthusiasts traditional and exotic dishes from his homeland. The Indian Ambassador to Jordan and his wife graced the event with their presence and enjoyed discussing local Indian foods and spices with Chef Bisht.

During his visit, Chef Bisht also trained the Chefs at Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel to master the art of Tandoori, and to prepare flavorful Indian dishes which were incorporated into the extensive buffet variety on show on a daily basis at the recently renovated Spice Garden Restaurant.
