Al Sabri briefed His Highness about the career paths that potential candidates will be pursuing at du. He also highlighted the company’s initiatives including MASAR, the Graduate Trainee Programme that aims to empower Emirati youth through training and long-term career development, as well as the du Fujairah Call Centre, which boasts 100% Emiratization figures, 90% of whom are women.
