Save the Date: Yas in Schools Presented by ADNOC Online National Finals

The Yas In Schools presented by ADNOC National Finals take place on 28-29 November, with both days of the event available to view via Yas Marina Circuit’s official YouTube channel, Yas TV.

A number of youngsters from across Abu Dhabi, aged between eight and 18, are gearing up to take part in the event, which will see the best performing team crowned Formula Ethara and F1 in Schools Champions at Sunday’s Award Ceremony.

Yas in Schools presented by ADNOC, aims to inspire and develop “The Engineers of the Future” by ensuring they are equipped with 21st Century skills and developing their passion for STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) subjects.

Working together in small enterprising teams, students design, innovate, manufacture, test and race small-scale model cars to take part in competitions.

The challenge provides a platform for youngsters to learn new skills, get creative and develop both individually and as part of a team.

Race Day will take place on Saturday 28 November, with an Award Ceremony to follow on Sunday 29 November.

Coverage of both Race Day, and the Award Ceremony, will be shown via Yas TV, Yas Marina Circuit’s official YouTube channel, from 10am.
