Samsung inaugurates new brand shop in the UAE

Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., a global leader in digital media and digital convergence technologies in collaboration with Juma Al Majid Est. today inaugurated its new brand shop in the UAE. The new brand shop, located at Khalid Bin Waleed Street in Bur Dubai, hosts the entire line-up of Samsung products and experience zones to better serve Samsung’s growing customer base in the country.

Located in the heart of the city near Maktoum Bridge, the new brand shop is an easily accessible one-stop shop for Samsung consumers. This outletis one of Samsung’s biggest brand shop globallyand hosts the entire line-up of its productsalong with multiple experience zones offeringvisitorsthe chance to touch, feel and interact with Samsung’s latest products including its market leading portfolio of smartphones, tablets, SMART TVs, cameras, notebooks, monitors, home appliances and more.

Additionally, a team of well-trained sales consultants will be available on-site to assist customers and ensure that consumers are well informed on products and unique features. A customer service desk will also be available for customers, to handle the service of all Samsung products.
