Kuwait’s fastest-growing telecom operator, VIVA, today announced the launch of the third generation of Samsung’s GALAXY S Series, the Samsung GALAXY S III Mini with two annual subsidy plans tailored to fit customer’s needs. The new device will be available for customers at VIVA’s branches and distributors across Kuwait.
