RENAULT of Arabian Automobile Seeks Customer Comfort, Launches Live Sale Process

Given the current challenges that the world is currently facing, Arabian Automobiles, the flagship company of the AW Rostamani Group and the exclusive dealer for Renault in Dubai, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates, brings in a stream of comfort with its innovative live sale process. In line with public guidelines and preventive measures, Renault of Arabian Automobile has introduced this process to ease the showroom experience for its customers and reach out to them in the comfort of their homes

As part of the process, customers are granted the option to have a live video chat with a sales consultant at the showroom by either using ZOOM or Microsoft Teams throughout Ramadan. The sales consultant will provide the customer with live footage of the vehicle they are interested in, whilst answering any queries they may have.

Upon completion of the live sales process, customers may schedule a test drive for their model of choice that will be delivered to their doorstep following a complete sanitisation procedure carried at the showroom. This process complies with government guidelines and suggestions as well as creates as seamless and smooth a purchase experience as possible.
