Ramses Hilton Celebrates the Grand Opening of the Hotel’s New Restaurant and Lounge, OPIA

OPIA is a significant addition to Cairo's upscale dining scene, providing guests with the ultimate rooftop experience, an unbeatable view.

Ramses Hilton is offering guests a dazzling perspective of Cairo with the opening of its newest restaurant and lounge, OPIA. Located on the 36th floor of the iconic hotel, OPIA features awe-inspiring views of the Nile and Cairo's skyline. From above the city, guests will enjoy an extensive Mediterranean menu while watching the well-honed skills of the Ramses Hilton culinary team in the open kitchen. Handcrafted signature cocktails homemade infusions will be on offer in OPIA’s trendy lounge area. OPIA’s grand opening was celebrated on 20 October, with senior Hilton officials in attendance including Mohab Ghali, Vice President of Operations for Egypt and North Africa and Soha El Torgoman, Cluster General Manager for Ramses Hilton and Hilton Cairo World Trade Center Residences.

With seating for 70 guests, OPIA will be open daily from 6:00 pm - 2:00 am and requires a smart casual to fashionable dress code.

OPIA at the Ramses Hilton is the first venue to be completed as part of the hotel’s three-phase renovation project. Phase one, currently underway, includes refreshing the hotel’s façade and renovations to its top three floors. Phase two is due to take place from Q4 2017 throughout 2018 and include renovations of the hotel lobby, reception desk, shops and the Ramses ballroom. The third and final phase of renovations, slated to begin in 2019, will include all hotel food and beverage outlets, the pool level in addition to refurbishment of remaining guest rooms.
