Ramada Abu Dhabi Corniche is opening the Turkish food festival on 25th January

Ramada Abu Dhabi Corniche will open a week-long Turkish food festival on 25th January. At the opening His Excellency Mustafa Levent Bilgen, the Turkish Ambassador in the UAE, will attend the event along with members of the Turkish Business Council and other dignitaries.
“We are pleased to have His Excellency the Turkish Ambassador and the Business Council members at this event,” the Hotel’s General Manager Mr. Julien Pechey said.
He said the event is part of a series of festivals organized by the hotel in the Silk Route countries between January and April.
He said the Hotel would also hold festivals involving cuisine from other countries including Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and China.
The Turkish cuisine festival will be held in Lemon Lounge restaurant and the traditional menu buffet will be created by Chef Zeki KALAYCI from Istanbul. To make it more authentic, the event will not miss Turkish folklore songs, music, live entertainment and traditional Turkish belly dance.
Marketing and Sales Manager Mr. Ismail Ibrahim said the event would promote Turkish folklore and culture, adding that the Hotel would also invite the local media for the festival.
“This event is intended mainly to highlight Turkey’s culture, heritage and history. We are offering our guests a mixture of Turkish kitchen, culture and heritage. This kitchen brings together the cultures and civilizations of Turkey and the Arab world as well as the Persian and Indian cultures,” he said.
