Ooredoo Champions Accessibility and Representation at Arab Deaf Week

Ooredoo participated in the 50th Arab Deaf Week, reaffirming its commitment to accessibility, diversity, and digital inclusion. Under the patronage of Her Excellency Dr. Laila bint Ahmed Al Najjar, Minister of Social Development, the event focused on advancing education, employment, and technology for people with hearing disabilities, an agenda closely aligned with Ooredoo’s values.
Ooredoo proudly showcased their experience following the launch of their dedicated hearing-impaired customer care centre, to provide sign language video support. It is just a part of the company’s inclusive workplace culture and philosophy, serving as a powerful reminder of what’s possible when people are given the tools, respect, and encouragement to thrive.
