Ooredoo celebrates national day with free credit and data for prepaid and postpaid customers

In celebration of Oman’s 46th National Day, Ooredoo has announced a fantastic celebratory offer for all its mobile customers on Shahry, Mousbak and Shababiah. For 3 days, on 17, 18 and 19 November, Mousbak and Shababiah customers will benefit from double credit when they recharge by RO 5 and RO 10. Shahry customers, regardless of which plan they are on, will receive an amazing 4.6GB of data for free, to use between these dates.

“We are really excited about marking this very special occasion with an inspiring offer. An expression of our appreciation to our customers these offers will allow them to stay in contact with the people that matter most, send their celebratory greetings, and share the festivities as we come together as a nation to honour His Majesty Sultan Qaboos,” remarked Raed Dawood, Director of Government Relations and Corporate Affairs at Ooredoo.

Dawood went on to explain that the Mousbak and Shababiah bonus credit is available for seven days when activated during the promotional period by dialling *141*888#. The standard balance of the credit will be valid, as normal, for 180 days. For Shahry customers, there is no opt in required and the free data will be given automatically.

For prepaid customers to benefit from the offer all that is required is a recharge of their credit using electronic recharge or scratch cards, available from Ooredoo stores and authorised dealers, during the three-day promotional period.
