Oman Oil Marketing Company announced the end of the registration period for its Tasweik initiative in collaboration with Al Raffd Fund.  A joint committee comprising of members from both organizations is currently preparing to interview 16 shortlisted candidates from which eight SMEs will win 8,000 OMR in funding for branding and marketing purposes.

Al Muatassim bin Hamood Al Amri, Communication Support Specialist at Oman Oil Marketing Company, said, “During the last few weeks we were proud to discover many ambitious and talented SMEs entering Tasweik. Given the wealth of competition, selecting the winners will not be easy and will require our judging panel to be more rigorous during the interview phase.”

He added, “The level of talent we have witnessed in Tasweik has been nothing short of remarkable. This initiative has enabled each and every contestant to review their products, and marketing strategy in order build and improve on their strengths. As a result of this intensive self-inspection, everyone who participated will come out a winner for having the courage to refine their business and apply for Tasweik.”
