Nissan Al Babtain Employees Demonstrate True Spirit of Competition at National Skills Contests 2018

Abdulmohsen Abdulaziz Al-Babtain Co., the sole authorized dealer of Nissan in the State of Kuwait is proud to announce its national skills contests winners who will proceed to participate in the Nissan regional skills competitions to be held in Dubai from 25th to 28th July 2018
The annual skills contests comprises of four competitions - Nissan Service Technician Excellence Competency Award (NISTEC) for technicians, Nissan Sales Executive Excellence Competency Award (NISEC) for sales executives, Nissan Parts Executive Excellence Competency Award (NIPEC) for parts executives and Nissan Service Advisor Excellence Competency Award (NISAC) for service advisors. For the first time, all four contests were held simultaneously in the same venue – a feat that has never been done before in the region. Thus Dr. Meyyapen Mahendhran received an award of appreciation from Nissan Gulf as recognition of the outstanding event. Also, Mr. Mustafa Farag Service Manager Shuwaikh branch was awarded for the best performing branch.

The contest is a regular platform to constantly challenge every Nissan Al Babtain personnel to perform to the best of their abilities and raise the bar of excellence in their area of operations. Displaying exceptional quality of expertise, the winners of this year’s contests under NISTEC were Shamon Paul(Gold), Aneesh Antony(Silver), Kiran Swaminathan (Bronze) followed by Mohammed Ghouse Alauddin (Gold), Mohammed El Homsani (Silver) and Jayesh K.P (Bronze) under NISAC. Under the categories of NIPEC and NISEC, the achievers were Akhil Thykkoth (Gold), Ranju Krishnan (Silver) and Sadik Aboobakker (Bronze) and Rami Salah Osman (Gold), Emad Abdullah (Silver) and Jalal Mguildi (Bronze) respectively.
The Kuwait based contest was attended by senior management of the Al Babtain group including Al-Babtain Chief Human Resources Officer, Mr. Abdul Mohsen Abdulaziz Al-Babtain, General Manager of Automotive division Mr. Laurent Pernet and Nissan Regional Office delegates Ms. Fatma Zenagui, Deputy General Manager Sales and Marketing, Mr. David Graves , Director Aftersales, Mr. Surendra Acharya Deputy General Manager Aftersales, Mr. Pieter Maritz Customer Experience General Manager and Maria Fernandez.
