New restaurant manager for Certo Italian Restaurant at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City

Mr. Claudio Corallo, an Italian national, has been appointed as restaurant manager of Certo Italian Restaurant at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City. 

François Galoisy, General Manager of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City says “Claudio has worked in various hotels in Italy, China and the UAE and his international experience will be a great asset to the Certo team. In his role, he will be implementing exciting promotions and dining concepts and ensure the high service standard Certo is known for will be continued under his leadership.” 

Claudio will team up with Italian Chef Daniele, who also just recently joined the team at Certo.
