New dynamic design and efficiency boost for Land Rover Discovery sport

Land Rover has further enhanced the visual appeal of its latest premium, compact SUV with the launch of the Discovery Sport Dynamic at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, which was held in September this year.

Combining a number of exterior enhancements with new interior colours and detailing, the Discovery Sport Dynamic design option creates a powerful and striking impression. The capability of the Discovery Sport is further heightened by the introduction of All Terrain Progress Control (ATPC) for 2016. The ATPC is an advanced system that enables drivers to set and maintain a steady speed in off-road conditions. Developed by Land Rover’s industry-leading all-terrain specialists, ATPC functions similarly to a cruise control system and adapts the vehicle’s behaviour according to the terrain, thus allowing even novice users the control of an expert off-road driver. 

To help customers identify the most efficient derivative, Land Rover has introduced ‘E-Capability’ to the Discovery Sport. Models that deliver the best possible CO2 for each variant will be recognisable with a blue SPORT badge at the rear of the vehicle. The two-wheel drive, Ingenium-powered Discovery Sport E-Capability offers improvements in fuel consumption and further efficiency compared to the four-wheel drive model, making it a particularly desirable option for fleet and business customers.

Gloss black is a key accent colour differentiator on the exterior, while the use of body coloured bumpers and door claddings emphasise its on-road, sporty presence.
