NBB Hosts Session for NBB Chairman and Lamea Participants

As part of its role to support the Lamea Programme, established under the Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs (MYS), the National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) held a session for programme participants, featuring NBB Chairman, Mr. Farouk Yousuf Khalil Almoayyed.

Mr. Almoayyed shared valuable life experiences with the programme’s participants, highlighting professional and personal experiences that helped him throughout his illustrious career. He also went on to address challenges faced during his tenure, and explained how they were turned into opportunities. The session concluded with an open Q&A to exchange knowledge and request guidance. 

The NBB session is the third of its kind, following a first held by Mr. Hisham Abu Alfateh, Head of Corporate Communications, on the importance of communications, and a second by Mr. Mohamed Matar, Senior Human Resources Manager, on the role of Human Resources.

The sessions reiterate NBB’s commitment to investing in the Kingdom’s national vision by fostering a cadre of capable youths, in order to evolve the industry and enrich the lives of generations.
