NBB and Al Janabiya Gate Partner to Offer Exclusive Financing for ‘Seef Gate’ Development during the Real Estate Exhibition

The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) has announced a strategic partnership with Al Janabiya Gate Real Estate during the Real Estate Exhibition to offer exclusive financing solutions for ‘Seef Gate’—a newly launched residential and commercial land development in Manama’s Seef district.

Under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), NBB will provide competitive interest rates, repayment terms of up to 30 years, grace periods of up to six months, and expedited approvals to streamline the purchase process.

On the occasion, Subah Abdullatif Al Zayani, Chief Executive – Retail Banking at NBB, stated, “This partnership reflects our commitment to making high-quality real estate developments more accessible across the Kingdom.
