National Bank of Oman (NBO) recently hosted Oman Contact Centers Forum at its headquarters. The event was organised by the Ministry of Health (MOH), represented by the Public Relations & Communication Department Contact Center.

National Bank of Oman (NBO) recently hosted Oman Contact Centers Forum at its headquarters. The event was organised by the Ministry of Health (MOH), represented by the Public Relations & Communication Department Contact Center. The Forum aimed to identify the role of contact centers in the Sultanate in providing highly efficient services to meet the requirements of its customers. It also shed light on how to promote those services in the public and private sectors across the Sultanate.

The forum was held under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Saidi, Minister of Health, and was attended by a number of dignitaries, officials from government and private contact centers, members of NBO’s management, and industry experts.

Receiving a token of appreciation on behalf of the bank, Hassan Shaban, General Manager - Chief Government Banking Officer at NBO, said: "We were delighted to host Oman Contact Centers Forum here at our headquarters. The discussions and workshops saw more than 200 participants and experts from the field come together to exchange knowledge and best practices.” He added, “We are proud of our long-standing relationship with the Government sector and in particular our cooperation with the Ministry of Health. Hosting such events confirms our commitment to the collaboration between the public and private sectors, and cements our position as the Bank of Choice.”
