National Bank of Fujairah recognised for commitment to nurturing talent with accolade for ‘Best HR Team’ at Gulf Employee Experience Awards

National Bank of Fujairah (NBF) PJSC announced that it has won the accolade for ‘Best HR Team’ at the Gulf Employee Experience Awards, outscoring some of the region's most prominent companies from a diverse range of industries. This is the second time NBF’s HR team has been acknowledged as one of the best in the region. It acknowledges the team’s success in building a highly-effective work environment by introducing new and innovative HR services, whilst continuing to drive initiatives in the areas of employee engagement and Emiratisation.

The award also coincides with the bank’s participation at last week’s Tawdheef, the UAE’s leading recruitment exhibition, where NBF reaffirmed its commitment to cultivating Emirati talent capable of playing a pivotal role in its and the wider industry’s ongoing growth. The fair is the first in the series of national recruitment platforms that NBF will be attending this year, and its strong showing at these events underscores the bank’s efforts in cementing its status as a leading employer brand.

Speaking about this focus on creating the next generation of bankers, Watfa Abdulkarim, Manager – Emiratisation at NBF said: “At NBF, we believe in constantly investing in our human capital by focusing on training and development, staff recognition, and employee welfare.
