Nawras Business Solutions recently held a training day for business customers to explain the capabilities and cost saving possibilities of the innovative online portal, MyNawras. Representatives from the oil and gas sector as well as the construction and hospitality industries gathered in Muscat to gain a better understanding of the operational benefits MyNawras brings to their organisations.

The site offers complete visibility of the corporate and individual account information and displays internet traffic, call history and billing information for all fixed and mobile services. 

By using MyNawras, business customers can receive configuration settings for a corporate or individual mobile handset as well as view and download previous bills up to six months old and record bills in spread sheet documents. The application also allows business customers to conveniently send bulk SMS from their desktops as well as report missing SIM cards.
