MoF receives a delegation from the General Pension and Social Security Authority

The Ministry of Finance (MoF) recently received a delegation from the General Pension and Social Security Authority at its premises in Abu Dhabi. The visit reflects the Ministry’s efforts to strengthen cooperation between the two parties.

The Human Resources Department at MoF received the visiting delegation which was led by Jinan Al Madfai and included the Authority’s HR team.

Commenting on the visit, HE Musabah Mohammed Al Suwaidi, Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services at MoF said: “The Ministry of Finance is committed to holding similar visits that aim to exchange experiences in different fields to maximise benefits and results as well as incorporate innovation in our practice. This visit also highlighted the Ministry’s best practices in HR, as we strongly believe growth within any institutions pushes ahead the wheels of progress and development across the country.”

During the visit, the Human Resources Department showcased its latest achievements and awards, and discussed the best standards for human resource management systems as well as capacity building for employees as per ISO training 100015 criteria. Participants also discussed the initiatives and systems adopted by the HR Department at the Ministry.
