Millennium Resort Mussanah welcomes new Food & Beverage Manager

Millennium Resort Mussanah proudly announced the appointment of industry veteran Mohamed Ramadan as its new Food and Beverage Manager, adding another passionate and highly talented personality to its management team. Boasting over 20 years of experience in the Food and Beverage sector, Mohamed will be leading the overall operation of its dining outlets, handling strategic planning, revenue management, budgeting and staff training to maintain the highest standards of food quality and service.

Described as an energetic and visionary leader, Mohamed has a strong background working at the most iconic hotels in the region for some of the biggest hotel brands in the world. Prior to joining the Millennium Resort Mussanah, he served as Food and Beverage Director at the Hyatt Regency in Taba Heights, Food and Beverage Manager for Savoy Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, and Food and Beverage Manager for The Palace Hotel at Port Ghalib among many managerial posts.

Certified by Hyatt International in Chicago and Sun International as a trainer of all Food and Beverage job programs, Mohamed has successfully led teams of more than 80 people and proven his leadership credentials throughout his career. He will be tasked with using his administrative and managerial expertise to help the resort continue to set benchmarks in quality and customer satisfaction.
