Millennium Resort Mussanah joins 45th National Day celebrations

Millennium Resort Mussanah (MRM) recently unveiled plans to adorn the resort with a number of head-turning decorations as part of its preparations for the 45th National Day. In addition to displaying the Sultanate’s tricolor and other national symbols throughout its premises, MRM will feature traditional music, Omani themed sweets, as well as a large banner of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said to mark the auspicious occasion.
Kicking off the celebrations, the resort hosted Hamoud bin Mohammed al Azri, General Supervisor of the oman-qaboos.net, a website that has been translated into 25 languages and is dedicated to highlighting the inspirational life of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said. On his part, Al Azri gifted Maurice de Rooij, General Manager of MRM, with a special commemorative book and distributed 25 copies to the resort’s staff as part of the festivities.
Maurice de Rooij later commented, “These preparations are part and parcel of our efforts to show gratitude to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said for more than four decades of inspiring and wise leadership he has given us. Therefore, it is our privilege and honor to share this festive occasion with the people of the Sultanate and look forward to joining hands with the nation as we salute the progress and values that make this nation so special.”
In addition to preparing for National Day, MRM is offering three new package deals for guests to relish the pleasant winter weather along the Batinah coastline. The offer will give vacationers a chance to enjoy special rates and access to a full range of activities, world-class leisure and wellness facilities for the perfect seasonal getaway.
