On this occasion, Nabil Abou Alwan, Head of Retail Banking at Sharjah Islamic Bank Bank, emphasized that the launch of the new branch is part of the SIB’s digital transformation strategy, while maintaining the importance of direct human interaction that fosters trust and customer satisfaction.
He stated: “The branch delivers a comprehensive experience that blends state-of-the-art digital self-services—focused on speed and security—with the presence of a trained team ready to provide real-time support and address customer inquiries.”

The new branch enables customers to perform a wide array of banking transactions instantly and independently via advanced smart machines, without the need for waiting or staff intervention. Flexible Operating Hours
The branch is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and on Fridays from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, offering customers greater flexibility in accessing their banking needs at their convenience.

Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB) started servicing the society in 1975; providing banking services to individuals and companies.
