Mercedes-Benz Oman Leads in Customer and Aftersales Service

Continuing its ongoing commitment to exceptional customer service and aftersales care, Mercedes-Benz Oman has launched a program of site visits for its Commercial Vehicle customers. This new initiative kicked off with Mercedes-Benz Oman Commercial Vehicle’s General Manager Rory Allen, Michael Heeke (Head of Service) and Elias Mohamed (Key Account Manager) travelling to see United Gulf Construction Co. W.L.L. (UGCC) in Duqm visiting their workshop and to provide on the ground support for technical and aftersales Customer care.

UGCC enlisted as United Gulf Construction Company is a highly-specialized construction company with core competence in building construction, civil infrastructure, roads and landscaping. The Oman branch of this company is located in Duqm and has a fleet of 4040 Tippers/Water Tankers and 3843 Primer Movers to support in their local operations on major infrastructure projects in the Duqm and port area.
