Mashreq ensures strong presence at Careers UAE 2013

Continuing its commitment towards Emiratisation and attracting Emirati talent, leading UAE financial institution Mashreq, is participating at the annual Careers UAE 2013 exhibition, taking place at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre from 30^th April to 2^nd May 2013. Careers UAE is the primary recruitment, education and training event geared exclusively for UAE Nationals.

Mashreq is present in stand D6-5 in Hall 6 and is attended by the Bank’s UAE National staff in various senior positions across the bank.

Mariam Al Ali, Manager, UAE National Recruitment & Development at Mashreq commented, “Our commitment to the Emiratisation initiative is demonstrated through year-round activities in colleges, universities and most importantly in career fairs. At Mashreq, one of our strategies is to contribute towards the development of Emiratis talent and offer suitable job placements in parallel to extending practical and theoretical training.”

One of the successful training programs offered by the Bank is Mashreq Al Mustaqbal Program, which is aimed at introducing skilled and talented UAE National graduates to the bank across different businesses and fast track their growth to take up managerial positions. The program provides trainees with necessary leadership and management skills tools. In addition, Core Time program is in place for part time students.
