Markazia Holds ‘Spring Day’ for Its Employees in Jordan

Stemming from its commitment to recognizing the efforts and dedication of its employees and to strengthening their spirit of camaraderie and teamwork, Markazia – the sole distributor of Toyota, Lexus and Hino trucks in Jordan – held a ‘Spring Day’ event for all its employees on Friday 20 April, 2018 at the Bisharat Golf Club.

The fun-filled day, which involved lunch and a number of team- and trust-building exercises, was centered around Markazia’s employees, celebrating their endeavors, commitment and loyalty, in addition to building bridges between them and enhancing their cohesiveness as a team. One such exercise was the kite activity, where 25 teams of 10 worked together to assemble and fly kites. The event comes as part of Markazia's ‘Creativity Central’, which is an internal, company-wide initiative designed to promote Markazia’svalues and strategy, as well as motivate and inspire its employees to think and live more creatively.
