Mahmoudia Group ranks among ‘Top 20 Companies to Work for in Jordan’

In recognition of the great value it places in its employees, Mahmoudia Group - the sole and official dealer of Jaguar and Land Rover cars, as well as Chopard and Tufenkjian Jewellery in the Kingdom - has been named one of the ‘Top 20 Companies to Work for in Jordan’ by Jordan Business, a leading independent corporate magazine. The announcement was made following a fierce competition, whereby the magazine selected more than 45 companies operating within different sectors to vie for its readers’ votes.

The results were determined by more than 50,000 votes received through Jordan Business’ website, based on 10 main selection criteria. These included: Staff turnover; pay scale; benefits; office environment; opportunity for growth; market credibility and reputation; communication with departments; physical workplace; employee training and skills development; as well as community involvement.
