LG announces the winners of the LG Optimus 3D Gaming Championship at Sharaf DG Times Square Center

Mr. H.S Paik, President, LG Gulf FZE announced the winners of the LG Optimus 3D Gaming Championship at Sharaf DG, Times Square Center. The championship began on 8^th September 2011 with the launch of the LG Optimus 3D, the world’s first tri-dual architecture Smartphone.  

The winner of the grand prize is Joash Sons with Sevak Mehrabyan, Mohib Ali Shah and Yousef Abdurahim Abdul Zafta Yahid taking in 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th places respectively. 

Joash Sons, the grand prize winner, “This was an amazing experience, playing games on a 3D interface. The Optimus 3D is an easy to use, trendy phone. I can’t wait to explore all the 3D features on it.”

The championship took place at all Sharaf DG outlets across Deira City Center, Times Square Center, Muhaisana, Dubai Mall, Safeer Mall and Abu Dhabi Mall. One winner was selected per outlet everyday and of the 48 selected, 16 participants qualified to play the quarter finals. The grand finals had four participants face off over a couple of hours at Sharaf DG, Times Square Center. 

The winner of the LG Optimus 3D Gaming Championship won the LG 42² Cinema 3D TV, LG 3D Blu-Ray player and the LG Optimus 3D Smartphone. The first runner up received the LG 42² Cinema 3D TV along with the LG Optimus 3D Phone. The 3^rd and 4^th place winners received the LG Optimus 3D Smartphone
