Kuwait International Bank (KIB) announced the official launch of the Waed Talent Program for Middle Management in collaboration with Spain’s IE University, one of the world’s leading institutions in executive education, during a special ceremony at its headquarters. The program comes as part of the strategic partnership KIB signed with the university earlier this year. It represents a pivotal step in the Bank’s efforts to nurture Kuwaiti talent and empower the next generation of leaders, underscoring its firm commitment to investing in Kuwaiti human capital and supporting the realization of the ‘New Kuwait 2035’ vision.
