National Arab Motors retains its place as one of 16 best dealerships

National Arab Motors - Kia Jordan was recently named one of top 16 Kia dealerships by Kia Motors, successfully retaining this prestigious status for the fourth consecutive time. The company was presented with the Kia Zenith Club Award during a ceremony held in Croatia and attended by Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Kia Motors, Thomas Oh, in addition to Chairman of the Board of Directors of National Arab Motors, Khaled Alayyan.
This award came after an extensive evaluation process conducted by a committee of specialists, who took various quality and performance benchmarks into account, including sales, post-sale customer support, advertising and many other factors. The Kia Zenith Club Award is only given to the top 16 dealerships around the world, on the basis of performance criteria set by the Kia Dealer Excellence Program (KDEP).
Commenting on the occasion, Alayyan said, “Receiving this award for the fourth time demonstrates our commitment to proudly representing the Kia brand in Jordan. This achievement is the result of concerted group effort, realized because of the dedication of both our management and employees. Therefore, I would like to express my gratitude to our employees for their unrelenting commitment and loyalty, which made this success possible.”
