Khalaf Al Habtoor, the Chairman of the Al Habtoor Group, received the Vice-Chairman of Goldman Sachs Group Michael Evans on April 9, 2012 to discuss possible business collaborations. 

At the meeting held at the Al Habtoor Group head office on Al Wasel road, Dubai, Mr. Evans was accompanied by Wassim G Younan, CEO MENA, Goldman Sachs International, Fadi Abu Ali, Managing Director and Co-Head of Middle East, Goldman Sachs International, and Khaled S Eldabag, Managing Director, Goldman Sachs International. 

The main topic of conversation between Al Habtoor and Evans was investment opportunities, innovative capital raising ideas including the latest developments in the world in private equity placement and initial public offers. 

Also present at the meeting were Sultan Al Habtoor, President of Al Habtoor Motors, Mohammed Al Habtoor, the Vice Chairman and Chief Executive of the Al Habtoor Group, Paul Rayner, Senior Advisor to Khalaf Al Habtoor, Maan Halabi, Managing Director, KP Rajan, Chief Operating Officer, and Sanjeev Agarwala, Director Strategy and Business Development at the Al Habtoor Group.
