Jordan Ahli Bank launches Environmentally Friendly Program

As part of its ongoing aims to enrich the market with innovative financial products and services, Jordan Ahli Bank recently introduced its flagship “Go Green Loan” program.

It was developed in collaboration with a large network of companies, all of which are specialized in providingenvironmentally friendly products. The program targets individual, retail and SME sectors in particular, enabling customers to obtain the products they need with 100% funding, 0% interest and a payment period reaching up to 48 months. 

Those interested in buying any environmentally friendly products within the program’s network of suppliers including lighting systems, solar panels, etc., can get funding from any of the bank’s 52 branches across the kingdom. The program serves to increase environmental awareness amongst the masses, decrease operational costs for beneficiaries, while also positively serving the economyand environment.

This program was officially launched at a ceremonial event hosted at Edama for Water Conservation and Environmental Awareness. At the event, several environmental organizations and associations were represented. EDAMA is a non-profit organization that works towards finding sustainable energy and water resources through using alternative and renewable means for energy generation.  Furthermore, the association works towards creating a booming energy sector for companies working in the field of energy generation, a goal it achieves by promoting Jordanian scientific research, and Jordanian companies that work in the fields of energy conservation, environmental sciences, and water.
