Jafza staff and customers take part in ‘Thank You Khalifa’ initiative

Jafza employees and customers today joined His Highness Sheikh Mohammed’s ‘Thank You Khalifa’ initiative by writing their message of gratitude and appreciation on a board themed ‘Thank You Khalifa’. 

Talal Al Hashimi, Chief Operating Officer and Ibrahim Mohamed Al Janahi, Dy CEO and Chief Commercial Officer of Jafza led a series of activities at the Free Zone encouraging Jafza staff and Jafza community members to take part wholeheartedly in the ‘Thank you Khalifa’ campaign launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. His Highness marked his own Accession Day (January 04) by urging UAE residents to express their feeling of love, respect and admiration for Sheikh Khalifa’s humanitarian and benevolent  outlook and inspiring leadership that has helped the UAE occupy the position among the world’s top dynamic nations. 

Sheikh Mohammad uses the anniversary of his accession to highlight and recognise various under currents responsible for the nation’s remarkable success. Last year, he had called on people to honour blue collar workers while in 2012 he recognized mothers. 

Ibrahim Al Janahi speaking on the occasion said: “The initiative reflects Jafza’s gratitude for Sheikh Khalifa’s visionary leadership and love and support for entrepreneurship that has and continues to inspire the Free Zone work tirelessly to position Dubai and the UAE’s status as the region’s international trade and logistics hub.”

The Free Zone initiative includes its continued participation in various social media platforms to highlight the role of country’s leadership in the welfare and well-being of its people and the growth of the nation, throughout the year.
