New Executive Chef at Intercontinental Aqaba Resort

InterContinental Aqaba Resort announced the appointment of Chef Shanmuganathan Marimuthu as the executive chef at the resort. Chef Marimuthu will be in charge of the development of recipes and menus for InterContinental Aqaba Resort’s six outlets, as well as the supervision of special events preparations, among many other responsibilities and tasks.
Chef Shanmuganathan Marimuthu has over 21 years of culinary experience in various luxurious properties in Asia and the Middle East, including Park Hyatt Hyderabad, InterContinental Hotel Doha, InterContinental Phoenicia Beirut, The Splendor Hotel in Taiwan, and many more.
Chef Marimuthu is excited about his post at InterContinental Aqaba Resort and is looking forward to working hand in hand with the whole team to provide the guests with a distinct and a unique experience.
