Interactive Intelligence to host "Contact Center Consolidation and Centralization" industry web event

Interactive Intelligence Group, a global provider of unified IP business communications solutions, is hosting a free Web event titled, "Contact Center Consolidation and Centralization: Building a Plan to Get There."

This 75-minute Web event will be held Thursday, 3rd November at 3:30 p.m. GMT (7:30 p.m. Dubai time). 

The webcast, already attracting more than 700 pre-registrants, will feature Gartner research VP, Drew Kraus, who will share the drivers and benefits of consolidation, along with key challenges and critical steps for success. Co-presenting will be Interactive Intelligence senior manager of solutions marketing, Brad Herrington. 

The webcast will also feature an extensive Q&A, with presenters on the panel being joined by Don Van Doren, president of Vanguard Communications, and Tom Fisher, director of systems engineering for Interactive Intelligence. The concluding Q&A session will enable attendees to submit questions to panelists.
