Abdulmohsen Abdulaziz Al Babtain Co. (AABC), the authorized dealer of Infiniti vehicles in the State of Kuwait, recently held its 2019 Infiniti national sales and service skills contests at the Learning & Development center and Infiniti showroom. The annual event serves as the ideal platform for the brand sales executives, technicians and service consultants to best demonstrate their skills and stay motivated to maintain their performance.

As a unique initiative among NSCs in the region, Infiniti Al Babtain combined the Sales and Service contests which included collaborative competition rounds for sales, service & technician staff. Gearing to compete at the regional contest in Dubai, the employees raised the bar as they prepared themselves rigorously & participated in the national contests.

The contests aim to highlight local staff talents, grow the spirit of competition and motivate the contestants by being part of something bigger, enhance communication/collaboration between Sales and Aftersales teams and ultimately, set benchmarks for performance and identify key areas of focus for future development as the elected winners face their peers at the regional contests.

The event was attended by senior managers and staff of Al-Babtain Group.

After a grueling day’s competition, Mr. Mudassar Husain won the Infiniti service consultant champion title while Mr. Bader Jihad became the runner up. The first ever Infiniti service technician champion title went to Mr. Ramesh Rajan with Mr. Bibin Skaria coming in a close second place. Mr. Mohd. Darwish won the Infiniti sales ambassador champion title followed by Mr. Ehab Moures in second place.

Al-Babtain CEO - Saleh Al-Babtain said,” “Investing in our employees through in-house training and diversified programs is an inherent part of our culture and mission. We constantly innovate the competition criteria to keep up with the latest trends and expectations in the market.”

General Manager of Automotive division, Laurent Pernet said, “These competitive platforms ensure the staff refine their skill-sets and are well-equipped to manager potential challenges to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. On behalf of all of the management here at Al Babtain, we wish the winners luck as they prepare to represent Kuwait and compete on a wider scale and stage in Dubai.”
