Imdaad renews Facilities Management contract with Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Sports Complex for 2 years

Imdaad, a leading provider of integrated facilities management solutions in the GCC, announced the renewal of its FM services contract with the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Sports Complex, the largest Aquatic Sports Centre in the world. Under the terms of renewed agreement, Imdaad will provide operative, preventive and corrective maintenance to the facility in line with the company’s visionary plans to be one of the foremost FM companies in the world.  

The two-year maintenance contract commences from October 25, 2013. Among the FM services to be provided by Imdaad are Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing MEP and Asset Maintenance, Civil Works, Infrastructure Maintenance, Power Monitoring, Temporary Power Rentals, Air-Conditioning Systems, IT Works, Landscaping and Street Lighting.

Hamdan Bin Mohamed Sports Complex is the region's fully-integrated, ultra-modern aquatic, track and field stadium. Covering 24 hectares and boasting a seating capacity for 15,000 spectators, the complex can host 13 different sports including basketball, tennis, boxing, martial arts, swimming, diving, and water polo, among many others.
