Imdaad wins major Emirates Airline Facilities Management contract for 100 Al Furjan Villas

Imdaad, the leading provider of integrated facilities management solutions in the GCC, has won a major FM contract with Emirates– the largest airline in the Middle East. The agreement involves the provision of FM services covering Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), Civil Maintenance and Pest Control for over 100 villas housing Emirates Airline pilots at the Al Furjan residential complex within the Jebel Ali community Zone.
The win is significant as it serves to highlight the growing value organizations are placing on sustainable living environments. As one of the top employers in the UAE with over 48,000 staff in Dubai, Emirates Airline’s decision to employ FM services specialist for their staff accommodations underscores the scope and importance of FM for residential developments in the region.
