Imdaad celebrates first batch of ‘Elham’ management training graduates

Imdaad, a leading provider of integrated facilities, environment and energy management solutions in the GCC, recently held the graduation ceremony for the first batch of UAE Nationals who completed its ‘Elham’ management training programme, in line with the company’s efforts to contribute to the UAE’s Vision 2021 to harness the country’s human capital.

The company handed over Certificates of Completion and mementos to Imdaad’s new young leaders Noora Al Balooshi, Fatma Abdulla, and Shifa Saleh at the company’s Dubai Festival City office, in the presence of Imdaad CEO Jamal Abdulla Lootah and senior management staff. Elham, which means inspire, is part of Imdaad’s Emiratization programme, which provides customized training to help develop the skills of young professionals within Imdaad and hone them to become industry leaders. ‘Elham’ strategically focuses on recruiting, training and nurturing “Young UAE Nationals,” especially women.
