Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC), through its Retail subsidiary has introduced iDeal, a value-added voucher book that entitles customers to over AED 1,000 in complimentary vouchers for the price of only AED 50.

The new iDeal booklet will offer several customer experiences including food & beverages and leisure excursions. The vouchers can also be redeemed on an array of services offered by ENOC/EPPCO & ZOOM stores. The booklet is a joint initiative between ENOC Retail & Strategic Brand Solution FZE.

In addition to bringing tremendous value to customers, iDeal will also serve a larger social responsibility with AED 5 from the sale of each voucher booklet to be donated for ‘Human Fuel.’ The flagship CSR campaign of ENOC, ‘Human Fuel’ is organised in partnership with the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) and Dubai Charity Association to raise funds to support the two organisations in their efforts to address global hunger.

Saeed Khoory, Chief Executive Officer of ENOC, said: “iDeal is a great example of how ENOC strives to create additional value for our customers while also contributing to making a positive change in the world. The initiative supports the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to further establish Dubai’s credentials as a ‘city that cares.’ We have drawn on our partnerships to carefully structure iDeal to ensure that anyone can benefit from its value-added offerings.”

iDeal has partnered with McDonald’s and Dreamland Aqua Park, amongst other business entities, to offer an assortment of vouchers through the booklet. Customers only have to present the voucher to benefit from the discounts and bargains. With over 40 deals in every issue, the voucher booklet will be updated every two months and the offers are generally valid for six months.

Every edition of iDeal will also focus on one member company of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for SME Development, highlighting their product or service offering. “This will encourage our customers to learn more about successful Dubai-based SMEs, promote the spirit of entrepreneurship and encourage the growth of the local SME sector,” added Mr. Khoory.

Motorists at ENOC/EPPCO service stations can buy iDeal at the forecourt or from the ZOOM convenience stores. The voucher booletk will also be on sale at ZOOM stores on the Dubai Metro network.

Through the ‘Human Fuel’ campaign, ENOC aims to encourage its customers to make donations to WFP programmes such as school meals or for provision of food where it is most needed. Even a contribution of one dirham can make a huge difference to the lives of the hungry, as the amount can feed a child for an entire day.

Special donation boxes are also placed across the entire network of ENOC/EPPCO service stations in Dubai, where motorists can conveniently make their donations. They can also visit a dedicated and secure website at https://wfp.org/enoc to make their donation.

Operating across a network of over 120 service stations in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, ENOC Retail has come to symbolise speed, convenience, service and value. In addition to its core fuel retailing, the service stations feature convenience stores, cafes, car wash and quick lube outlets, as well as automotive services and vehicle testing and registration – offering an integrated experience for customers. ENOC Retail has over 4,000 employees who spearhead the retailing of fuel, fuel products and an array of products and services.
