International Bank of Qatar (ibq) has announced the 21st winner of the Bank’s monthly prize draw for the ibq loyalty programme, thanq.

This month’s winner, Qatar Airways commercial officer Sarel Boshoff, was thrilled to have won 100,000 thanq reward points after being in the thanq programme for only three months.  Already planning to go to Sri Lanka on holiday in August, he was delighted with his lucky win of thanq points as these will go towards his hotel accommodation. Having been a customer with the Bank for three years, Sarel mentioned he particularly enjoyed the flexibility of transferring money to his home country, South Africa, with ibq and said the service in the Qatar Airways ibq branch was always good. He received his prize in a ceremony held at the Bank’s headquarters in the presence of Sherif Gamil, Head of Sales at ibq.
